2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and access required to complete the project on time. Delays in providing such materials may result in timeline extensions.
3. Payments
Payment terms are defined in the proposal or invoice. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins. Full payment must be made before final delivery unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges.
4. Revisions and Changes
Minor revisions are typically included in the project scope. Major changes or new requests may require a separate quote and timeline adjustment.
5. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the client owns the final deliverables, including code, designs, or content, unless stated otherwise. Evodek retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. If Evodek must cancel a project for any reason, a fair refund will be provided for incomplete work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Evodek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will not share any sensitive information or project details with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
9. Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
